DALLAS (OCTOBER 2007) – RYA Design Consultancy is pleased to announce that Naeiry Vartevan has joined RYA in the position of Marketing Director. “Naeiry brings to RYA a relationship-driven approach to cultivating new and existing clients”, said Tom Herndon, CEO and Partner. She places high value on executing action-oriented, strategic marketing plans for RYA to enable them to deliver effective results to clients around the world and strengthen their own brand identity.

Naeiry’s career encompasses numerous years of experience in account management, sales, lead generation, market segmentation, and negotiating within the realm of business development for international companies such as Daimler Chrysler and Adecco. She places a strong emphasis upon networking and client relationship management. In addition, Naeiry volunteers and participates in many charities and fundraising events, including public relations for the Ladies Polo Auxiliary, Big Brother Big Sister, Mosaic Family Services, Boys and Girls Club, and the Dallas Chamber of Commerce.

She enjoys traveling, has a cosmopolitan world view, and considers time spent in Seoul, Korea, where she taught English to corporate executives, among one of her most rewarding experiences. She is also an accomplished public speaker with strong presentation skills. Naeiry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas and is currently pursuing her MBA.
