DALLAS (MAY 2007) – RYA announces the promotion of four new Associates. The individuals are Amanda Bettge, Donna Coker, Hilary Gossett, and Tom Lloyd.

Amanda Bettge
Having joined RYA in 2004, Amanda has displayed a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and follow-through while managing projects with team members and clients. She continues to develop her skills as a project manager and offers a keen understanding of the specific design needs of each project.

Donna Coker
During her six years with RYA, Donna has taken on multiple projects with a dynamic attitude, professionalism, and dedication. With her extensive knowledge of the firm, Donna is the "go to" person for various project needs and is always willing to go that extra mile to help others.

Hilary Gossett
Since joining RYA in 2003, Hilary has demonstrated exceptional skills at leading and maintaining a positive team environment by directing effective and efficient communication, meeting the clients' needs, schedule management, and the production of design and construction documentation.

Tom Lloyd
Tom has developed methods to improve the firm's Human Resource Services in the areas of career planning, coaching, employee relations, recruiting, and team building. He is continually working with RYA team members on their career objectives, with the goals of firm, and the client.
