DALLAS (NOVEMBER 2007) – RYA Design Consultancy is pleased to announce that Jenny Lucas has joined RYA as a Creative Director for the Dallas office.

For over a decade, Jenny Lucas has been creating exciting and dynamic retail environments which allow her to step comfortably into her role as Creative Director. She plays an integral part of the RYA team overseeing the entire lifespan of a project: from design development to the production of final documentation. Her signature strength is her passion for designing retail spaces that meet client needs while creating the right environment for the target customer. Jenny’s attention to detail combined with her eye of experience allow her to work efficiently on projects that are fast-paced. Her high personal standards translate into an accountable work environment for everyone involved; most importantly her clients: who are impressed with her innovative solutions.

Jenny began her career at Zale Corporation before coming to RYA in 1997. At this time, she worked on many domestic and international retail projects including Bloomingdale’s, Neiman Marcus, David Jones in Australia, Liverpool Department Stores in Mexico, and Metro Department Stores in Indonesia. Before returning to RYA in 2007, Jenny oversaw the design of all projects in the retail studio at Architectural Group International for over 6 years and was most recently an associate with Callison. During this time she established strong relationships with JC Penney and Macy’s, helping them to develop and establish new concepts.

Jenny graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design with a minor in Engineering Technology from the University of North Texas.
