Tom is responsible for and represents RYA's commitment to increasing and further developing the firm's Organizational Development and Human Resources functions. His charter is to ensure RYA recruits, retains, and develops the very best professionals in the design industry and that each person is aligned with the goals of our clients. As an experienced therapist, his strategic focus is on a holistic approach implementing practices and principles based in Industrial Organization Psychology to promote all areas of professional and personal development including recruiting, career planning, coaching, and team building of the entire RYA staff.

Before joining RYA, Tom held leadership positions for over 15 years in the healthcare industry specializing in mental health and medical healthcare management focusing on program design and implementation. He has held positions as the Director of Adult & Geriatric Services and Corporate Consultant for SeniorHealth, Inc.; and Director of Adult and Geriatric Mental Health Services for Charter Haven Behavioral Healthcare.

Tom received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wright State University in Dayton, OH and Master of Science in Psychology from St. Francis University in Fort Wayne, IN.
